Same flyer from the same dealer for the same service. Just found it very ironic. Also funny, dad no longer owns the Passat. We got rid of it in 2006.

Apparently VW owners are semi-attractive middle-aged people and Honda owners break cameras.
That's all I'm getting from this.
It also seems that VWs take mysterious German-specific oil with unobtanium particles and magical properties. Price = Price * 2.5

That or the filter is crazy expensive. When I was working at a parts store I have seen both VW and BMW have very pricy oil filters compared to Honda's.

I wonder what the oil consumption is for the Honda vs. the VW? I remember the 944 taking a luuuuudicrous amount of oil for a watercooled engine.
